All returns or cancellation requests must be in writing and submitted through our email system and must follow the policies as written below:

Order Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations requested after placing an order will incur $500 cancellation fee and 25% restocking in addition to any shipping charges that have been incurred. Any order cancellation request must be in writing and requested through our email support@austincartsonline.com.

Return Policy:
You may request a return within 7 days from an item being delivered. Any returned item must be freight pre-paid by customer. All shipping charges are non-refundable. Any returned item must be in resell-able, brand new, unused condition. All custom made orders are non-refundable. Any authorized return may incur up to a 25% restocking fee and $350 processing fee. Any Return Request must be in writing and requested through our email system contact ​support@austincartsonline.com.
